Didn't really work that well. I held ffmpeg consistent and then used
svn-bisect to isolate the problem between the two versions. I usually
ended up with code that would not compile.

I also tried reverting the changes to vo_gl.c and didn't have much
luck with that either.

So it is beyond me at this time.
