[MPlayer-users] How to cross-compile mplayer.exe

Is it possible to cross-compile mplayer.exe with mingw and Ubuntu?
There's some information here ---> https://code.google.com/p/mplayer-ce/source/browse/trunk/mplayer/DOCS/tech/mingw-crosscompile.txt?spec=svn665&r=658
but it looks a bit out of date.

On Zeranoe forum, there's information how to cross-compile ffmpeg.exe.
I've attached a (stripped down) script.

Can mplayer.exe be cross-compiled using a similar script?
