[MPlayer-users] segfault even when running with no input files or options

Running Fedora16-i686, and all of a sudden mplayer is segfaulting. It
was working fine yesterday, today nothing but segfaults. Simply
running 'mplayer' with no input files or options triggers the
segfault. Nothing else on this system is segfaulting or misbehaving.
I grabbed the latest snapshot and built it with --enable-debug=3 and
ran the new mplayer build inside of gdb, and hit the segfault again:

I'm at a complete loss on how to debug this further. Here's other
