[MPlayer-users] DVD Dump Percentage Missing

Hi,

I am trying to compile MPlayer (latest svn version as of 28/05/2012) using MSYS and MingW on my Windows 7 machine.

I can successfully compile (using "./configure --prefix=/mingw", then "make"), however when I try to dumpstream (using "mplayer dvd://1 -dumpstream -dumpfile output.vob"), I sometimes do and sometimes don't get the percentage through the dump. Some titles even endlessly dump and produce video on a loop. It appears that mpctx->start_pos and mpctx->end_pos are not set in mplayer.c correctly.

Using the latest windows build by Sherpya (revision 34401), the percentage seems to work correctly all the time, however this version is now getting old and I would like to compile the latest myself.

Has there been a change to this code recently to cause this behavior? Or is there a particular library I am missing?
