That fixes it.

Your mail made me double-check my config and I found out that I have:
correct-pts=no
If I comment this line out, it works. I remember I've added this line
because of some problems in the past, but I guess they have been fixed
already.

But still I don't understand why ffplay shows correct fps, but mplayer
shows 47.917 fps.
