No, it is not. There is nothing old with the FFmpeg sources hosted by
VideoLAN's git server, and there was no move:

~ $ host source.ffmpeg.org
source.ffmpeg.org is an alias for git.videolan.org.

source.ffmpeg.org is just a DNS alias to make it less confusing; apparently
it is not a success.
