As am I. My last previous update (without the problem AFAIR) was r34473, from
mid-December; if I get the time, I'll try to bisect, if I can work out how to
get the libav* externals to match up properly.

It seems to happen only with LAVC encoding, as the message would suggest, so
it's probably actually a problem with FFmpeg... or at least the FFmpeg interface
code, though that's less likely.
