I meant it works for MPEG-TS files, I don't know about rtp.

That is unsupported here, you have to compile current svn head if you need
support. (You should get support wherever you get your binaries,)

Unfortunately, it is correct that valid reports need complete, uncut output
posted in the report. (Third party sources tend to disappear.)

My original suspicion is that this is not mpeg-ts, I suggest you save the file.
Teletext in DVB streams can be read with -demuxer lavf.
