*In the last few SVNs that I compiled, there has been a constant seek
problem with mplayer via ffmpeg/librtmp and RTMPE streaming.*
*MPlayer SVN-r33508-4.2.1 (C) 2000-2011 MPlayer Team*
cp115663.live.edgefcs.net/live/Top_20_On_20 at s45011?auth=daEdmaVbhddagc5dycBckctcwa1c4azb8ax-bn4rGm-O-DrHsKEJv&aifp=1.0swfUrl=
buffer=60000 swfVfy=1 swfAge=7 live=1.*
*Mplayer exhibits this "Cannot Seek backward" error often when simply
streaming audio via RTMPE or RTMPTE, lavc_audio: error:*
2011-05-28 11:44:23.503 StarLight[21347:903] Cannot seek backward in linear

type: 6, len: 6
HandleCtrl, Ping 413043855
sending ctrl. type: 0x0007

2011-05-28 11:44:27.591 StarLight[21347:903] [flv @ 0x10088d480]
2011-05-28 11:44:27.592 StarLight[21347:903] skipping flv packet: type 149,
size 6269292, flags 0
Seeking has not been requested. It seems as though as Mplayer is trying
rewind the stream on its own and causes its own error.
A build that does NOT exhibit this problem is and is fine is: MPlayer
SVN-r33148-4.2.1 (C) 2000-2011 MPlayer Team
This streaming problem started somewhere in-between r33148 and r33508.
Tested the lastest SVN of ffplay from ffmpeg using librtmp 2.3 svn and it
does not exhibit this issue.
