Try to use WinFF if you're on Windows. That is a more easy tool for this
kind of job.
It's build around FFMpeg and you can easily extract the command line
Notice: If you obtain .flv through Fast Video Download plugin in FireFox a
delay in audio and video sometimes occurs.
