Hi Joaquin, my way to do this:
Encode the different audio channels together in a AC3 stream.
FL - FR ambient stereo sound track
C - silence track
RL - English track
RR - Spanish track
LFE - silence track
Multiplex this stream with the video and play with mplayer with the
-channels 6 option.
I think, that is the best option for maintaining the sync between
tracks. Another way to do this, maybe play multiple files simultaneously
(in linux this works, in windoze I'dont know) and assign each file to
one audio output (with the SoundBlaster Audigy SB0570 I have 3
independent stereo outputs per card).
