Hello,
referring to
<http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/mplayer-users/2010-February/079216.html>,
MPlayer r32057 built with LIVE555 (liblivemedia-dev 2010.02.10-1 for
Ubuntu 10.04) plays the stream
rtsp://ondemand.quicktime.zdf.newmedia.nacamar.net/zdf/data/quicktime/3sat/09/10/091019_ueberschallflieger_hitec_h.mp4
quite fine when using -rtsp-stream-over-tcp. Unfortunately, an attempt
to save the stream
mplayer -rtsp-stream-over-tcp \
-dumpstream \
rtsp://ondemand.quicktime.zdf.newmedia.nacamar.net/zdf/data/quicktime/3sat/09/10/091019_ueberschallflieger_hitec_h.mp4
\
-dumpfile ueberschallflieger.mp4
ends instantly with a zero bytes file "ueberschallflieger.mp4". Is
-dumpstream supposed to not work with LIVE555?
Console output attached.
