[MPlayer-users] compile libmad to mplayer

Hi,all:
 
for mplayer1.0rc2 version, there have --with-extraincdir  and --with-extralibdir options to specify the directory of header files and lib files during configuring the mplayer, so, it is very easy to compile the libmad into mplayer.
 
but for 1.0rc3, these two options are disapper, so, what should i do ?
