Ok, sorry about my mistakes. Maybe I forgot to use the "-o"
option to change the remote file name. And sorry about the lack output.
But please don't be angry, it's bad for your health ;).

Here we go, with latest SVN and complete output (sorry for the
late answer):
mplayer -aid 4352 00002.m2ts
MPlayer SVN-r32421-4.5.1 (C) 2000-2010 MPlayer Team
159 audio & 349 video codecs
Playing 00002.m2ts.
TS file format detected.
VIDEO H264(pid=4113) NO AUDIO! NO SUBS (yet)! PROGRAM N. 1
FPS seems to be: 24.000000
==========================================================================
Opening video decoder: [ffmpeg] FFmpeg's libavcodec codec family
Selected video codec: [ffh264] vfm: ffmpeg (FFmpeg H.264)

Audio: no sound
Starting playback...
Movie-Aspect is 1.78:1 - prescaling to correct movie aspect.
VO: [vdpau] 1920x1080 => 1920x1080 Planar YV12
V: 684.0 148/148 ??% ??% ??,?% 0 0
Exiting... (Quit)

Now it plays, but there's no audio... 00002.m2ts is the file I uploaded which
was supposed to be called "the_secret_in_their_eyes-4352-broken-audio-track.m2ts".
The interesting thing, as I said before, is that even tsMuxeR, another completely
different software can't detect the 4352 audio track.
