Well, for raw MPEG there is no known bitrate really. So it is basically
calculated from filesize alone, and it shows.
So for raw MPEG (or -TS, -PES etc.) you could basically just as well
roll a dice (though I suspect it might be tuned to DVD bitrates -
which means it is ridiculously off for anything that uses HD-Bitrates...)
