[MPlayer-users] Mplayer and the fps setting

mplayer -vf mirror,framestep=2500 tv:// -tv 
river=v4l2:device=/dev/easycap0  -nosound -vo jpeg

is the working solution. Not much documentation on the WWW however, found by 
trial and error.
