It does indeed still happen with -demuxer lavf
With -demuxer lavf -really-quiet it only outputs it once.
- -demuxer mkv -really-quiet causes it to never be output, but it's still
jerky.

There is a possibility that it is the fault of the file - I don't have a
faster computer to try it on. I could try updating makemkv and
re-ripping it, as it was a new encryption format Fox used on Avatar (the
first time they used it), and I took the first version of makemkv that
was compatible (released about 1 week after the film's Britain release).
