Please try the following:
$ svn revert libmpdemux/mp_taglists.c libpostproc/postprocess_internal.h
$ svn up
$ svn di . libavcodec libavformat libavutil
(confirm that no patches are applied
$ ./configure
$ make

If it does not succeed, run make again and post the complete output on this list.
