Outi, my brother, mplayer-git solved my problem! Now I running command:

/usr/local/bin/mplayer -vo vdpau -vc ffh264vdpau - < capture-00.flv

And sync is OK and picture is smooth. CPU usage minimal -- 1 core at 3%, 2nd
core at 13%

I am happy and very thankful to you my friend. :)
