[MPlayer-users] mplayer and NFS share

Hi,

I'm running under debian stable lenny on an eeepc 1201n. I have a server
with debian stable lenny too. On this server I have a NFS share with avi
videos. I mount this NFS share and play the video with mplayer on my eeepc.

With the mplayer version of stable lenny (1.0~rc2-17+lenny3), I don't
have any problem. But this version is quite old and I want to use the
vdpau capabilitites from ION. So I have installed the mplayer version of
MEPIS distribution (2:1.0-rc4~git20100102). And I test it. When I play a
video iIn local I don't have any problem. But When I play a video on the
NFS share, all my system freezes after 10/15minutes. And I must reboot.

Is there a know issue ? a cache problem ?
