I went back in time and checked different versions of the SVN... since
DVDNAV is included in mplayer (between Jan and Feb 2009) the problem is
existing. I have not been able yet to get the old external dvdnav up and
running to check if it is still there... some part of configure2 does
not want to work yet, and dvdread and dvdcss as external libraries are
also missing yet on my system...


Oh, and another thing with jumping in the video: using normal forward, I
also get a very pixelated version of the image up until the next
keyframe... I thought jumping only was to a complete keyframe... so why
does this still happen (it didn't in earlier versions).

I cut out the frames 2-6, since they show the same pattern as 1 through 9.
