[MPlayer-users] [OT] How to play PC CD-ROM track from an old Enhanced CD?

Sorry for the OT question, but I'm quite stuck. I've got an enhanced
CD from 1997 that includes a cd-rom track for pc or mac. How do I
access that extra file? Through MS-DOS and/or Windows Explorer I can
see this:

I'm guessing the file I need to play is SR125.CDQ (51 MB). I copied
it to my local drive. MPlayer tries to play it:

The ReadMe.txt tells me to unzip APLCDB12.ZIP and run the installer
(Apple CD Player). The install to WinXP is fine, but when I launch
Apple CD Player, I get a message that Quicktime 2.01 is required. I
can't find that anywhere. Is there any hope of me playing this file?
I can upload files or the entire ISO if needed.

Thanks,

dp
