I can use it on windows by installing the Quicktime SDK and Quicktime.
Then copy the 'QTMLClient.dll' to the codecs folder. Then when
playing/encoding use '-demuxer mov' for opening the Quicktime. Works for
me except it reads the frame rate wrong from HD material. Have to use
-fps when encoding otherwise ends up dropping frames. I'm trying to get
the frame rate reader used in lavf in the mov demuxer but nobody seems
to be working on mplayer/mencoder and im not a developer!
