Using just this url with mplayer works (with a few warnings that I should really
try to silence), so I don't think you have to try to set a user agent.

Only needed if you want to download a film trailer, "QuickTime" is enough, iirc.

Please note that it is not possible to "download" rtsp streams, you have to
remux them (which may or may not work with mencoder or ffmpeg)
