[MPlayer-users] Adding support for Theora 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 video files

Hello,

some days ago, while experimenting with Theora videos, I realized that
MPlayer can't play 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 files correctly (I reported the
problem here http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/mplayer-users/2010-February/079202.html
). This issue has also been reported on bugzilla
http://bugzilla.mplayerhq.hu/show_bug.cgi?id=1487 .

After reading some documentation, I managed to write a patch that
should fix the problem. Several people have tested it and it seems to
work fine. Before posting this to Mplayer-dev-eng I'd like to know
what you think. So any testing/comment/feedback would be appreciated.
