Actually, it does work now (latest SVN of course).
However I don't consider the seeking working - it does something, sometimes
even the right thing, but not reliably.
However it does not work any better with ffplay, so if you'd like this to be
fixed, try with ffplay and then report a bug to FFmpeg.
Tested with:
mplayer ffmpeg://rtsp://ondemand.quicktime.zdf.newmedia.nacamar.net/zdf/data/quicktime/zdf/10/02/100203_h19_vh.mp4
