Yes,

I changed it to YUY2 in codecs.conf and CFDecode2.ax is also located
in codecs folder, but still I get the same error.

Warning: DS_Filter() could not connect to output pin.  (DLL=CFDecode2.ax)
Failed to create DirectShow filter
ERROR: Could not open required DirectShow codec CFDecode2.ax.
