I suppose you meant the mplayer SVN trunk?

If so:

~/src$ svn co svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/trunk mplayer; cd mplayer
~/src/mplayer$ ./configure && make
~/src/mplayer$ ./mplayer -vo help|grep vdpau
==>       vdpau   VDPAU with X11
