scan's output shows the PID:
$ scan -a 1 -c
using '/dev/dvb/adapter1/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter1/demux0'
0x0000 0x2775: pmt_pid 0x0065 ORF -- ORF1 (running)
...

PMT pid is 101, just add it to .mplayer/channels.conf:
...:HIERARCHY_NONE:1010+101+1015:1011+1012+1013:10101
