Sorry to keep replying to myself but I thought I'd better finish my feedback.

If I switch from dvd:// to dvdnav:// I still see the problems described here so
I think I've been talking about a different, but nonetheless real, problem
compared to what others are talking about here.

Sorry for the noise.

I'm just happy my problem went away!
