Looks like I`m very lucky - I`m not software engineer, but I managed to install 
latest SVN Mplayer. I simply followed Andrew`s guide and by coping & pasting all 
commands (after few hours of frustration) finally I`ve got it. 
Unfortunately that was the end of my luck. My problem persisting, MPlayer still
crashing with some of the avi files. So, I`m looking forward to response from 
developer.
