Using Mplayer Portable on Windows XP Pro SP3, I cannot play a media
file that plays fine in Windows Media Player on the same system. This
is the output:

D:\TEMP\dotan\MPlayerPortable\App\mplayer\mplayer.exe -slave -identify
-wid 2360602 -colorkey 0x101010 -nokeepaspect -framedrop -autosync 100
-vf screenshot -font C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\Arial.ttf -priority abovenormal
-ao dsound:device=0 -autoq 10 -vf-add pp

I seem to remember Mplayer playing these files in the past. Has RTP
support been taken out of Mplayer, or might the Portable Mplayer folks
simply neglected to compile it in? Note that this file cannot be
accessed from outside the university. Thanks.
