[MPlayer-users] mp4 container headers

headers are written at the end of the file if i remember correctly.  
However there is a way to write them at the beginning if you plan on  
streaming by using the web preset. I DO NOT know how to set this in  
mencoder but i know i have seen it in handbrakes h.264 options.
