[MPlayer-users] The list of available video filters is printed two times with -vf help

Hi,

there is a minor bug with: `mplayer -vf help`.

The list of available video filters is printed two times and these
lists are printed before the main informations related to MPlayer.


   Version: MPlayer SVN-r29461-4.3.3 (C) 2000-2009 MPlayer Team
   Configuration: --enable-xvmc --enable-radio


The lists "-af help", "-vc help" and "-ac help" are correct.
