[MPlayer-users] Assertion failed in libmpcodecs/vf_ass.c:224

hi,

I use mplayer with smplayer frontend (and some middle-end script to adjust 
mplayer args) and it crashes with some movies when using ssa lib to render 
subtitles (works fine without ssa).

mplayer error is:
mplayer: libmpcodecs/vf_ass.c:224: copy_from_image: Assertion `last_row <= vf-
>priv->outh' failed.

if I comment out that assertion, it works with a small glitch: when it's 
supposed to crash, there are two green lines under subtitles ( 
http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/4607/asssubtitles.png ), but they disappear 
on the next subtitle, and if I go back 5 seconds, they don't appear again.

here are real (after my wrapper script) mplayer command line arguments:

mplayer version is 29551 (today), same thing in version from portage 29463, 
but gentoo's version from march (29040) works fine.
