[MPlayer-users] colorkey and overlay accelerated mode problem

Hi,

Since a few weeks something changed in my Dell Precision M2400/Windows
XP  SP3/Quadro FX 370M (same as 9300M) /4GB configuration (may be some
tool I tested that played with some NVidia or DirectDraw settings).

And  now, in order to watch the video (using overlay/accelerated mode)
I  must  set  colorkey  to  color  of  my desktop background, if I let
MPlayer play "by defaults" I get a green screen.

I have installed the newest NVidia drivers but as the problem appeared
without  any driver update, as expected, this did not fix the problem.
DXDiag say OK.

Any  idea  ?  I  am  also  in trouble with other players if I activate
overlay/hardware  acceleration  (black  screen),  but GomPlayer permit
also colorkey change and if I set it also to desktop background color,
it play well.

My  NVidia  control  panel  always  show  the  small sample picture in
video/video color section, so overlay mode works well.

Sometimes  if  I  play  with  control panel (no value changes) to make
"apply"  button  appear  then  GomPlayer  may  show picture again with
standard  16,0,16  RVB  colorkey  value,  but MPlayer still show green
screen if I do not specify the right colorkey.

Can't  tell  you more infos for now, weird thing, don't want reinstall
my  system  because  it  would  take days ! So for now I play changing
colorkey or using CPU only mode.
