[MPlayer-users] mplayer hangs (?) eating 100% cpu while trying to identify the file

I do, but what is the current version?
I went to: http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html and there seems
not to be any released version newer than 1.0rc2.

I'll try my luck with snapshot from svn.
