[MPlayer-users] Patch for TS files with AVC video and without PMT

Hello,

find attached a patch which enables MPlayer to play AVC video content in
MPEG-TS files without a PMT/PAT like the .trp files found in several
HD-PVRs like Vantage HD or Kathrein.

It's not very nice because it uses a global variable and I had to
increase the NUM_CONSECUTIVE_AUDIO_PACKETS to somewhat higher because
HD-frames are a lot bigger than SD and more audio packets come along
until a startcode is found. Don't know if it's high enough; works
with my files though.
