Both work fine, there's nothing wrong with my font.

$ fc-match 'Arial Narrow:style=Bold'
arialnb.ttf: "Arial Narrow" "Bold"
$ fc-match 'Arial Narrow:weight=200'
arialnb.ttf: "Arial Narrow" "Narrow"
