I think the chapter function of mplayer can be used for switching
between cd's audio tracks.
if you has current svn version of mplayer, then these two keys -- '!'
and '@' can be used for seek to previous or next chapter (cd track).
as the info of cd tracks, if you start mplayer console with
'-identify' switch, then you 'may' get some formated output message
about the cd tracks, try it out.
