Ive seen "workarounds" like using x11 as a driver with soft scaling. Is 
that what youre suggesting? Im
sorry to "beat a dead horse" but my point was really that this wasnt 
always an issue and I was curious as to what had changed. But Id better 
read up before going further and I do apologize for not having 
researched thoroughly first.
