[MPlayer-users] libc6-dev question

After a long delay I've tried to compile the SVN. Last time I did it it has 
been done OK, though it was somewhen in October, 2007... Now (Mar. 01, 2008) 
I've got this error:

Error: Cannot find header either inttypes.h or bitypes.h. There is no chance 
for compilation to succeed.

As I've found in maillist archive, this is caused by libc6-dev absence. But 
I can't find, how to get it. Could anybody drop me a link to it?
