[MPlayer-users] Convert from 3gp to flv error

Dears,
I'm having some errors while converting 3gp videos to flv with mencoder.
The converted flv video plays very (very) fast.

I'm using this command line
"$config[mencoder] '$video_src' -o $video_flv -of lavf -oac mp3lame
-lameopts abr:br=56 -ovc lavc -lavcopts
vcodec=flv:vbitrate=600:mbd=2:mv0:trell:v4mv:cbp:last_pred=3 -srate 22050
-ofps 24 -vf harddup";

This issue just happens while converting from 3gp to flv.
Does anyone had the same problem ? If so, how did you fix it ?
