[MPlayer-users] Problem decoding H.264 DVB-T stream

SBTVD isn't where I live yet (Sao Luis-MA) :(

Anyways, here's a patch. It is COMPLETELY wrong, but work with those bad 
streams. The stream should indicate it uses H.264, not depend on this 
workaround. It's only purpose is to decode those bad streams but with it good 
streams don't work.
