You know, I was _really_ hesitant to try this suggestion, because
rebooting sounds too much like a Micro$oft solution.  But damn if it
didn't work!!!  I rebooted and just as suddenly as it disappeared, the
video is back working now.  Why? Who knows!! I sure don't.
