Hello,

latest SVN versions seem to incorrectly calculate the fps rate of some .mp4
files I have (the videos were made with Nokia mobile phones):

MPlayer dev-SVN-r27054-4.2.3 (C) 2000-2008 MPlayer Team
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7300 @ 2.00GHz (Family: 6, Model: 15,
Stepping: 11)
CPUflags: MMX: 1 MMX2: 1 3DNow: 0 3DNow2: 0 SSE: 1 SSE2: 1
Compiled for x86 CPU with extensions: MMX MMX2 SSE SSE2

Playing public_html/01072008002.mp4.
libavformat file format detected.
[lavf] Video stream found, -vid 0
[lavf] Audio stream found, -aid 1
VIDEO: [mp4v] 320x240 24bpp 30000.000 fps 0.0 kbps ( 0.0 kbyte/s)

The fps is off by a factor of 2000, the correct fps is about 15. This
breaks for example -framedrop. Quicktime reports the fps correctly.

The sample file which you can check yourself is available here:
http://www.sensi.org/~ak/tmp/01072008002.mp4

Thanks,
Alex
