[MPlayer-users] SSA subs: bad text positionning with some ssa subtitle files

I 
think 
I 
found 
a 
bug 
with 
the 
SSA 
subtitle 
filter 
in 
mplayer 
(I 
mean 
the 
one 
activated 
with 
the 
-ass 
option).
This 
filter 
works 
really 
great 
(great 
work 
guys!) 
but 
I 
have 
detected 
a 
problem 
with 
some 
specific 
SSA 
subtitles 
files.
I 
join 
one 
of 
the 
problematic 
ssa 
file 
with 
this 
mail.

With 
this 
file 
the 
text 
is 
not 
well 
placed 
on 
the 
screen, 
in 
particular 
with 
2-lines 
subtitles. 
To 
make 
it 
clearer 
I 
join 
a 
snapshot 
of 
the 
video.
The 
funny 
thing 
is 
that 
if 
I 
change 
the 
police 
used 
for 
the 
text 
("Cambria") 
by 
another 
one 
used 
in 
the 
same 
file 
("Caramella"), 
the 
position 
is 
ok. 
I 
have 
commented 
this 
"corrected" 
line 
in 
the 
joined 
ssa 
file.
Of 
course 
I 
don't 
have 
the 
"Cambria" 
nor 
the 
"Caramella" 
police 
on 
my 
system, 
but 
it 
doesn't 
seem 
to 
be 
the 
issue 
here. 
After 
all 
mplayer 
succeed 
to 
show 
the 
text 
with 
the 
good 
style 
but 
a 
bad 
position 
and 
espace 
between 
the 
lines.
