"avidemux2_cli inputfile.avi --save-unpacked-vop outputfile.avi"

This seems to work fine although it doesn't avoid the question that appears, 
the --nogui option seems to say no to this.

Suppose it doesn't really matter I don't have many files to unpack and it 
doesn't take very long to do.
