Hello,

I've downloaded some videos from Google and I cannot play using mplayer
(SVN version).

To reproduce, you can download a video from google videos:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1329362959167995041&ei=MC6rSMLFNI7qigKkwaHWDw&q=a

On the right, press "Download video - iPod/PSP", save the file (13 MB
aprox.)

Then, if I try to play:
carles at pinux:~/down$ mplayer test.avi.mp4
MPlayer dev-SVN-r27460-4.2.4 (C) 2000-2008 MPlayer Team
CPU: Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2400 @ 1.83GHz (Family: 6, Model:
14, Stepping: 8)
CPUflags: MMX: 1 MMX2: 1 3DNow: 0 3DNow2: 0 SSE: 1 SSE2: 1
Compiled for x86 CPU with extensions: MMX MMX2 SSE SSE2

Playing test.avi.mp4.
libavformat file format detected.

and mplayer uses all CPU.

I've tried:
mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy test.avi.mp4 -o t.avi

Without any result (I mean, happened the same than mplayer)

Some maybe relevant packages in my Debian testing/unstable:
carles at pinux:~$ dpkg -l | grep -i libavfo
ii libavformat1d 0.cvs20070307-6
ffmpeg file format library
ii libavformat52 0.svn20080206-11
ffmpeg file format library
rc libavformatcvs51 3:20070329-0.0
ffmpeg file format library
carles at pinux:~$

Here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Video
(In GVI format and conversion, for example, there is some information)

Any clue?

Thank you,
