vqscale - rate control with quantisation factor (can't predict resulting 
bitrate but you can be sure of quality - "vqscale=20" with x264 gives 
really good quality, and "vqscale=16" gives real full crystal HD quality 
with average 12-16Mbps)
vbitrate - rate control with given average bitrate (like "vbitrate=800" 
gives you 800kbps average bitrate and about 46MB video per minute).
